well...then everyone should keep all their emails and demand what they are, in writing, being offered. It's not legal to offer an "enticement" then do a switcheroo in T & Cs.
Like the 10% off voucher fiasco a while back, where the terms were with a prior purchase in a certain time frame only, but it was being shown to everyone at login.
sigh.
It would be a battle though I expect, to get anything mentioned but not in T & Cs!
