Is there a way to bulk buy prepaid padded envelopes or atleast padded envelopes in general?

There are several sellers on her that sell them in bulk. That is where I buy mine form.

Just type what you are looking for in the search field - there are many local postal/packaging supply dealers on eBay.

just buy them in bulk from the PO you get box of 100 as cheap as chips. it's like a 50 or 60% saving when buying by the box full.
