Dave's method is good also which I also do - particularly the graphs are handy.
I have a habit of clicking on every available option just to see what it does (I'd be a nightmare on an aeroplane, or anything with a lot of buttons, especially if coupled with flashing lights

@pickapresent - You'll find that Selling Manager Pro will appear on your invoice as a $9.95 (I think) charge, then as a credit. It's a separate subscription to the store, so while free as long as you have one, if you ever close the shop you have to also unsubscribe from SMP (unless you're prepared to pay $10-odd a month for it).
