Final Value Fees

Why are the Final Value Fee's So hi on Cars?

I sold a car $224.50 and ebay's FVF's work out to be 30% of the sale this is to high which only gives me $164.50 Not Happy

Well, it does say here that the FVF for vehicles are $60. Maybe yopu needed to include that in your sale price to make sure that yopur expenses were covered. (Are we talking about a real car as in an adult's kinda car to drive on roads? and not a toy car for a kid kinda thing?

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

It is stated very clearly that the fvf for motor vehicles is $60.

So $224.50 - $60 = $164.50

You really should have allowed for that cost in the sale

Hi, We are talking about a rael car 1996 Ford Falcon (unreg) but driveable.

There should be a lower fee for unreg cars under $500. Dollars what do you think.

Cheers Mark

There are better and cheaper places to sell cars than Ebay.

your local paper, Carsales.com.au, The trading post etc are all better tuned to selling a cheap car rather than an international site like Ebay.

YOU SHOULD HAVE READ THE FEES FIRST.
