ajarnjenny, try this, find the listing by looking at the sellers completed listings. Click and then drag from GOOD COND down to the line that starts with POSTAGE. The text will be revealled. I'm pretty sure that white on white is specifically mentioned in what is not allowed in a listing description.
Simpler method, click on the descroption and then 'ctrl A'
