You're not able to change postage details or the title after a bid has been placed, so I think the best option would probably be to end it and relist with all the correct details. In real terms, what is entered in the postage section will apply, but because the title is searchable, it could be construed as misleading and/or keyword spamming.

You will need to cancel any bids before ending the item.
