I've posted about this before but its starting to really bug me that i have to be creative about how I word messages to buyers.

I have a buyer that purchased the wrong item and needs to exchange it. The one he needs is $15 dearer but I cant tell him that via messages because they wont let me send it.

It was ok for him to send his mobile number to me though?

As if its not hard enough to sell on ebay without them blocking legitimate communications between buyers and sellers.

So now I'll ring him and probably get him to pay the difference by credit card so now paypal wont even get the cut they would have received. idiots!
