I have the same issue every once in a while, I know I've left feedback and it shows that FB has been left in both my and the buyer's profile, but it doesn't register in My eBay (a few times the record has eventually updated, but I did have one recently that never did). 

There doesn't seem to be any way to fix it, so I just try to let it ride until I can archive the transaction.
