Soundsugly: yes! eBay seemed to have changed the checkout process, leaving buyers with no choice but to "pay" immediately. I'm having dramas paying an invoice issued for multiple items I've purchased from a seller. An invoice has now been issued (after much confusion) with discounted postage, but the link to pay it shows the full un- discounted amount. Hopeless!
