Yes, it's a scam.

 

If you ever get any more of these messages, put the buyer on your blocked bidder list and do not respond to them. 

 

They ask for your PayPal address so they can either phish for more info or send you fake payment emails so that you'll send the item...or both.

 

As you are selling a high-ticket item, commonly the target of such scams, I recommend you go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements and set up a few blocks, namely those who have not gone through phone verification, and all buyers with a primary postage address in locations you don't post to. The one for buyers with non-payment strikes is handy, too, if you haven't got it in place already.
