We get a lot of these 0-FB buyers who never pay too.

Mostly on auctions when we list them. Only do that if ebay give away free listings.

Even on our BIN listings they buy and rarley pay. Gotta wonder why they do it.

Anyway we just raise a UI case and move on. No worries!

We had one strange one a little while back. Her FB score was under 5.

She bought a BIN item. No payment and no response.

We rasied the UI case after 4th day. Still nothing.

On the 4th day later the case closes, and she comes right back the same day and buys the very same item again.

Same cycle again as above. No response, no payment. Case closed.

Never came back again as we have our 2-strikes blocks in place.

Why would somebody waste their time (and ours) to do this? Very odd behaviour.
