..... because once they do all sellers will just have to put the fraud down to shrinkage...... and ultimately the consumer ends up footing that bill

 ...the scammer ATM has gained fiscally from the OPs sale...

 they reckon a poofteenth of a % of ebayers actually know about or access these forums

one thing I am sure of is anecdotally they are not Robinson Crusoe...However evolving privacy laws HIDE THAT DATA especially in Europe.
