That is because your accounts are completely separate, you cannot show the feedback from an established account on the new one, but you can say how long you have been on eBay if you want to establish a feeling of being trustworthy 🙂
Feedback on a buying account would be considered irrelevant by most buyers anyway, as for years only positives can be given to a buyer, so it doesn't say much about you really...I mean that nicely 🙂
Unfortunately, your feedback as a seller cannot be moved across to a new ID.
I have heaps of feedback as a buyer, but would not expect that to encourage a prospective buyer too much for that reason, only the length of time I have been around might be a positive thing.
Hopefully someone else can say if it against the rules to mention other IDs by name in your listings.
