I printed out one label, which then had a bit of water split on it and decided to print another one. The window was still open for the first label and I just pressed create label again (which is not what i should have done, should have found the reprint label option).
My account has been charged for both these labels and I would like to apply to Aust Post for a refund. Does anyone know how to go about that please?
