Many years ago sellers used to be able to give negative feedback to buyers resulting in a red dot on the feedback but ebay took that right away along with the neutral feeback. Now only buyers have a range of choices in feedback and sellers can only leave positive feedback. This is unfair to sellers. I believe that sellers should be able to leave negative feedback for buyers that have not completed a transaction and should be able to leave neutral feedback anytime. I would like to be able to see if a buyer is worth dealing with or not. I have had multiple cases of buyers not paying or complaining unnecessarily already this year. It is very frustrating!
