So far as us (seller) leaving FB for the buyer...

We get reminder messages regularly from ebay to leave FB.

But when we try we get the error message that you have already left FB.

We have around 20 buyers on our list who don't show FB from us. But no matter how many times or when we try always the same error message.

We know we don't forget to do it each & every time as we always leave it on the day we pack/mail the item. Its kinda like a double-check for us when we mailed it.

I'm sure most buyers who encounter this fault will probably just shrug and move on and we will never know. Just that we never get FB from them and they are part of the 60% who don't leave it.

It's a fault that should be addressed by eBay as I'm sure it's costing us Positives. We know of 1 for certain.
