They are pretty much the same shade of blue, the slight difference is due to the components being made of different materials.  This is normal and what everyone expects.  You can't get exactly the same match.  Have a look at all the gadgets and things around your house.  Look at all the shades on white on your fridge etc.  The buyer is a twit, who the heck would be so nit-picky about exactly the same colour, especially a boy?  Boys/men don't even care about co-ordinating their clothing colours. What the other poster said about red is true.  It is also true that black is not a colour.  In the light spectrum, black is the absence of light.  In pigments, it's what you get when all colours are combined.
