If sellers have their blocks in place and follow the procedures that eBay have implemented to help protect all sellers, they shouldn't see him at all.

 

Obviously, if you have your bl;ocks in place, then more than one of those sellers who left a positive feedback for that buyer did not go thriough the dispute process and did not do their bit to help keep other seellers safe by issuing him a strike,

 

Being able to see a buyer has negative feedback for non payment does not help those with BIN's at all, or those whose buyers snipe at the last minute.

 

It only helps those who have the time and opportunity to check on the feedback of every buyer who bids on one of their items.

 

(Can we even see that anymore? I haven't checked for ages. Can we see the names or feedbacks of the people bidding before they win?)
