Hey. First time poster here 🙂

So basically there is a member who has just won 3 items via Auction. I have not heard from them as of yet (it has been a couple of hours) but I've just noticed their feedback and it is all negative. I have contacted a couple of the members who left this member negative feedback and they have said the same thing, that the buyer asks for the item to be sent first and will only pay once they receive the item - which I know is not allowed and possibly against the rules.

They have only joined about a week ago and as I said, nothing but negative feedback. So I am wondering if it's too early or should I with the 3 items do the Second Chance Offers so-as other bidders who lost may be able to buy the item?
