As you have not read the comments you have no idea if the comments are "negative", it is not breaking the rules to leave a comment for a non-payer it just should not be "negative."

I note your comments regarding reporting the seller bsal, what about advising reporting the non-paying pest directly to eBay for this type of buying behaviour ? 

OP that is what I do, their account needs to be shut down, asap, and such action will only be taken if sellers advise eBay directly of the buyers demands.  eBay can then review the pests messages to sellers for all the purchases they have made, and take action accordingly.

My goodness bsal please, please if you are going to regularly give advice at least be familiar with eBay policies - currently, it is only the non paying pest can seek removal of the feedback comments they have received.
