I just got that too, it's quite vague on what the changes are (unsurprisingly ;\ ). I did spot this, a direct admittance that sometimes items aren't searchable / findable - does anyone know if the outages policy is new? http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/everyone-outage.html

The email says "Offer limited to one item per eBay account holder"  Does "one item" mean it can be several related items grouped together as part of a lot?

I’m wanting to list an entire TV series consisting of 7 DVD box sets, being one box set for each season. It would be listed as one Buy It Now price for the entire series. Would eBay count this as one item or consider it as 7 items?

The offer I received just this morning states that I need to list via my eBay mobile phone app to qualify.
