I just got that too, it's quite vague on what the changes are (unsurprisingly ;\ ). I did spot this, a direct admittance that sometimes items aren't searchable / findable - does anyone know if the outages policy is new? http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/everyone-outage.html
