I can normally get through pretty quick when I call customer support but waiting time was 20 minutes today, waited but gave up after 35 minutes on hold! Sent email instead about error.

Anyone else having trouble giving feedback to buyers and sellers? Tried all my ID's with same error "Input Error".

Its about time they employed better programmers, so many errors all the time.
