So question is Why cancelling a transaction is too though?

Where it can be a click job to send cancel transaction to a buyer.

Currently the lenghty process inlude:

1. Open Resolution Center

2. Select cancel transaction option

3. Enter Item Number to search

4. Move to the page (manualy) where the buyer ID can be (NO SEARCH OPTION BY USER ID 😞

5. Select buyer and then finally to the cancel transaction page

6. Select reason, put messatge etc. and then request to buyer

It is bit weired that why ebay have not simplfied this whole process. As there are many places where we can directly access list of transaction i.e. Selling Manager Pro and there are many options are already available like (see atcched image):

Print postage label

Add tracking number

View sales record

Print address label or invoices

So what is wrong in adding a new option here 'Send Cancel Transaction Request' that can simply save time wasted in following above length six steps.
