If the items have no bids you can add a BIN price, it will cost you 10c per listing.

You have not got pay on pick up as one of your payment options (not to be confused with COD which is an AP service). If the option is not visible in your payment methods go to add/remove options and tick the box for pay on pick up then hit save and you will now be able to list it as a payment method.

The last thing you really want is a buyer using Paypal as there is no buyer or seller protection for pick up items.
