I can see the logic of charging postage on the first listed postage rate (typically standard domestic) - doesn't mean I agree with it but I can see the logic, flawed as it is!
But charging it on Express Post and International Post options is just a blatant rip-off - I suspect eBay are "trying it on" here in Australia to see if they can get away with it before rolling it out overseas.
And having a system which makes it hard/impossible to combine items for the same buyer and not fixing it before this was rolled out is also wrong.
As is a system where you have to ring to get a refund ... should be automatic.
ANd this should have all been in place FIRST.
The whole thing is bordering on unconscionable conduct.
