Then look at the postage dates compared to payment dates and tell me how it is always my fault.

Things are not always as they seem and not everyone tells the truth as a buyer.

A friend of mine has records of somebody who bought 30 items for which the buyer left low DSR for item not as described, slow postage, postage charges.

Then two weeks later he came back and did the same again. and one of my bad records is from the same person.
