Anyone who bothers to actually look can see the damage that has occured through a single "dissatisfied" buyer making multiple purchases..  I also note the postage time you provide is quite on generous side, but on eBay, longer post is a risk you chose to run.  Nonetheless, I for one would not be putting the boot in for listing an actual, but lengthy, handling and posting time frame if thats your setup. 

IMO the comments of others are meaningless, if they have not taken the time to spend 5 seconds to see the same buyer left has left multiple negs and that at the volume you sell this means a signficant drop in rating (and dramatic drop in stars if they left 1s)
