As far as I can tell, aside from setting up inventory tracking yourself, the closest you can get with Selling Manager is the Top Performing Store categories, which accrues the total sale value for the last 90 days.

 

Another simple, but not perfect, way to track popular items in listings that have been re-stocked continually is to add the Initial Quantity column to the selling manager view of All selling. Although it says 'initial' quanity, it keeps track of the total ever made available over the life of the listing, so for example say I start one with 10 available, and then once per month I update the quanity with an extra 10 each time, three months later the initial quantity will be at 40. If you sort the listings by initial quantity (in descending order, so the highest is at the top of the list), you can see (by checking the difference between initial and available) which ones have accrued the most available quantity over time, thus indicating which ones need to be consistently re-stocked (but this will exclude any popular listings that have sold out and had to be relisted).
