I too have very few non payers. I do have a note in many of my listings asking buyers who are not going to pay within 4 days by Paypal to contact me asap so they can be exempted from the automated unpaid item proceedure. I also have some regular buyers many who pay by bank deposit so they are on my exemption list without them having to contact me.
