Ebay should consdider not allowing negative feedback to be posted by a buyer unless they have had some sort of communication with the seller.

The last one i received was with no comms at all - just a rant and "you get what you pay for"  ...apparently you should get more than you pay for or its just not good enough;/

This way Ebay can see what has been done to try to resolve an issue and see if the buyer is in fact being reasonable or just a PITA.
