I dont agree with the "two warnings are you sure"

Like i said the last one was no comms at all with me ..  they got what they ordered but "expected" more - how am i supposed to meet everyones "expectations" ?

If there is a problem you talk about it ... i would have no problem getting the rug back and refunding - he would have been happy .. i would have chalked it up to an expense and we all move on. but no .. big rant and he is stuck with something he is unhappy with and so am i.

If you are unhappy with a B&M store do you park outside with a sign or go in an talk to them to resolve it ?
