Negative feedback

A buyer has left me negative feedback with "Bad" left as a comment. The item he purchased was a backpack with a buy it now price, it was brand new and exactly as described in the listing and as shown in the 5 photos. He recieved the backpack within 2 days of me posting to him. He has not let me know what the problem was or is with the sale. I have contacted him on 2 occasions asking why he left the negative feedback or what the problem was but he has not returned my emails. I have sold the same backpacks to countless others with no problems at all. I have had a 100% perfect feedback before this, and now worried that this could effect my sales. Is there any way of removing this feedback? Cheers
