Technically all those CS people are correct.

Low DSRs cannot be removed or changed. Feedback, however, can be if the seller is prepared to use one of their revision requests and the buyer actually does revise.

BUT the intiial bad feedback/DSRs will still count as a 'defect' even if revised.
