Some other common reasons for account limits are:
You haven't paid your monthly invoice.or you need to set up an automatic payment method through a credit card or PayPal.
You have unpaid items recorded on your account.
You didn't follow the rules and policies that applied to items you were trying to sell.
If they sent you an email explaining why your account privileges were limited, there may be steps you can take to remove the limit.
