It is just the odd occasion that we strike a bad weed.
My most reliable buyers seem to be the low feedback ones (less than 10). One lady was having trouble with the payment system, so I talked her through it. She was in constant contact and was so worried when she couldn't pay straight away. She gave me glowing feedback and even mentioned how helpful I was, which was nice. Another low feedback buyer sent a message as soon as the auction finished, apologising profusely that it would be the next day before she could pay as she wanted to wait until she got paid. She had bid on other items that hadn't finished, so I told her not to pay until all her auctions had finished. She didn't know she could do that and again, was grateful for the communication. As each auction finished, I'd get another message saying she was still bidding. I don't think she was aware that I could see bidding activity at a glance. I told her that when she was finished, to send a request for total, so I knew she was done and I'd send an invoice reflecting the combined postage cost. I thought she was going to jump through the computer and hug me! She sent me a lovely message when her items arrived, thanking me again and also left glowing feedback and 5 stars for everything.
I wish all buyers were like that! Not like Mr 101 feedbacks who is having an unpaid dispute opened if he hasn't paid by tomorrow. Mr 101 feedback who likes leaving sellers bad feedback that I wrote my concerns about the other night. Mr 101 feedback who has since left a seller another negative.
