you don't need to know that. You add tracking details from your sold folder by clicking on the link under each item that says add tracking. You then add the tracking number and the supplier or courier which you used. Once you do that a message will be sent to the buyer with your personalized message and ebay add the name, item, item number, tracking number etc etc.
