I thought you could click on the screen shots to make them bigger, but obviously not. Here they are again in full size. The third one I'm adding is a report that I just generated under the Detailed Seller Ratings Report in the menu on the left.

Download report is in blue above, and when I click on that, I have to sign in. After signing in, I get this, where there are no blue links 😞

This last one shows that I should in fact have 2 defects, but the system is obviously defective. The 2 star for postage was for a German buyer. Actual postage cost $6.80, postage charged $7. A bit unfair me thinks!

Not sure how to take a screen shot on a mac, but on a regular computer you press fn and prt sc together, then paste it into 'paint'. Another mac user might be able to help with that.

well I can get to the expand and the report that has some defects on there but there are more on the summary page

*sigh*

EDIT:   I sure as heck don't see that report that shows in the last post  !!!

I see an excel spreadsheet format

Thanks,I'm messing with it now.Would be nice if i could actually help someone with an answer as it is so very rare that i know/can do anything about eBay that isn't common knowledge.

You did help, though. 😉 At least by letting me know the steps you take to get the expand link, I could see there wasn't any steps I was missing.

argh my computer so called skills are abysmal if it's something i haven't done before,so how the heck can i see the full report while others can't.Weird.My son the computer repair guy is dropping in tomorrow, will just get him to show me how.

Hey I've got a probably stupid refund question to ask, will write a new post so i don't mess up this one.

This is how my defective ebay defective defect report appears -

To get that report, X out the defect pop up and on the left of the screen is a menu under Reports and Service Tools. Click on the Detailed Seller Ratings Report. Then, create report. I got this one by selecting Date Range from the drop down. Put your dates in that fall in the last 3 months, give it a name, the click Run Report. It says it can take up to 24 hours to generate report, but I find they are back within about 5 minutes.

When I tried to use the item number option, to see if that would tell me who did what, it came back as nothing. At this stage, I've only got results using the Date Range option.

Yeah that one! Looks like mine,as in 2 refunds on items & 1 neutral i think.

I will still learn how to do the mystical screen shot tomorrow though
