Neither had I, that's what threw me!

 

It was definitely not closed early. When I went into the resolution centre is said "you can now close this case". Initially it said I could close at 8.54pm and I closed at 9pm. When I had been in there earlier to check the time I could close, it wouldn't let me select the option 'no' that the buyer hadn't paid.

 

Surely if she goes ahead and red dots me I should be able to have it removed.

 

I've sent CS an email to see if they can shed some light on what that message means.
