Has the customer provided any detail as to exactly why the item does not match the description ?
Was it one of your handmade hats ? as the description on these seems reasonable and you reference the photos for finer details.
It may be that the buyers expectations have not been met, and this does not mean that the item is not as described and should automatically be accepted as a return.
