Hi Guys,

I just need a little advise at the moment, I've been trying to call ebay this morning to get my Item limits increased.

When i click on the request higher selling limits from My ebay selling, they ask me to contact them....

so i click the contact us button,

the computer thinks about it for a while then it comes up with the message:

"Sorry, we don't have enough information about your issue. You can also try searching our help pages."

so then i tried the help pages and was given the contact number and a code....

problem is that when i enter the code, and i the the machine telling me that my account is verified, but they cannot help me at this moment and they hang up!
