the transaction period is the same as was yesterday - the 20 July - the number of defects has halved, but the report is still the same and still does not show any transaction details for items where low DSRs were given.

*sigh*

I think it's all a new weirder  2014 version of the Milgrim Experiment.

eBay is shocking the prisoners to see what happens & because they have the authority.

No i don't really think that (maybe) just a bit of levity in the face of adversity & eBay madness Smiley Very Happy

... still fuming Cat Mad

I'm all for angry usually but i just can't have another night of insomnia (non eBay related) so just for tonight I'm gonna treat my dashboard like the one in my car & not look at the numbers on it.

I wonder if it might have something to do with the fact that the evaluation period (20th each month), doesn't match with the evaluation period (01 Aug, 2013 - 31 Jul, 2014).  Maybe when 20 August rolls around it might synchonise.  It's a bit too late at night for me to think this through further, mind's a bit fuzzy... 🙂

I still cannot see how 9 not as described defects over 12 months have morphed into reduced tally of 2 overnight save the whole system is bs from the start.

I do care very much about buyers impressions and lost some selling mojo cause I thought my descriptions just did not cut it - but apparently this is not the case - but who knows for sure ???

I dont look at any of my dash boards...I wasnt going to look, but its like I just had to, Hey?...I just had to go and bluddy well look at that stupid dashboard thingy cos of a scammer who left bad feed back I cant get removed...I will be having my stiff drink tonight...It was never like this . I never had to have a drink cos of ebay. I have stocked up my cabinet. This defect strategy could cause some major RAGE problems now that you know who caused your defects.....

How many were before 1 May? After 20 August only the ones after 1 May will count, maybe your sudden reduced count is inline with this?

Prob just grasping for straws here, I know!  It's a big huge complicated database, there's bound to be glitches and ghosts with the changes

Holy Moly ... all is well, my dashboard has changed again and I am now back up to 9 for item not as described Cat IndifferentCat FrustratedCat LOL

According to the trending data, I do not have single defect from May onwards - which probably just reflects that I lost my eBay seller mojo and have done hardly any new listings on this ID since May compared to previous volumes and have just been relisting.same stuff.

My report still only shows the three defects I know about, one neutral feedback and two not as described, all before May.

Can other sellers see transaction numbers for defects from prior to May ?

Huh? You're complaining that your defects have dropped from 9 to 2?
