I tell you what I did notice after they introduced FVF on postage...

I have automatic postage discounts set up so that all additional items after the first are free postage. When someone purchases more than one item, eBay divides my postage charge by the number of items purchased, attributing that amount per item. Then they work out the FVF on the divided portion, round it up and charge it that way. (A couple of times it's been rounded down, but more often than not, I'm paying more FVF on exactly the same amount of postage when someone buys more than one item - that's a rort, as far as I'm concerned  ).
