I can't see any transaction numbers for my defect and never have. It was an item not as described and since I got it, I have tried to download a report, but it keeps telling me I don't have any issues for the current period. It has said that since day 1. I can't even remember when I got it now it's been that long. I still have no idea who even left it for me! Not that it really matters now, but I was curious as to who left it and why.

Like you, if my listings needed improving, I needed to know, rather than just blunder along the way I am.
