There was an offer for store sellers last week. Go down through the older messages and you should find it. Not sure if it's still active or not.

You might pay for your listings, but I certainly don't. I use the 40 free ones a month and don't exceed that. I also take advantage of when they offer promotional free listings. If you exceed your monthly free allocation, that's your problem, not eBay's. Yes, I pay a FVF if my items sell, but I don't pay anything to list them. If I list 100 items this month for free and none sell, I have a month where eBay gets no money out of me.
One more thing, every post you've commented on has been a rant of some sort. Can you please stop? We are just fellow members like yourself. If you have a problem with eBay or how they do things, contact them directly. We don't need anger and childish behaviour here. Going on a rant isn't going to change anything, except get people offside.

I had two listing deals a couple of months ago, when I had less than 200 items (basic store, so I get 200 free). Now I have more than 200 items and am waiting for a deal so I can relist things without using the free listings I need for my new items and suddenly there are none. Come on ebay, pleeeaaaase? 🙂

As Stawks said, they are not obligated to give them to you.
