Generally though, I think it's a great way to communicate and help out eachother and sometimes "tongue in cheek" have a bit of a laugh at ourselves. 

Totally agree and it's great to be able to do that.  I just get a bit upset and feel terrible sometimes when I read how mean some member are to others.  Luckily though as you say it's only the ODD few.  . . . . .   I'm too old school - if you can't say something nice, then don't say anything at all - if you get what I mean 🙂
