24 hour cant list bug

anyone else had this bug where you cant list an item and this always comes up? how do i fix it?

Can i delete my ebay account to fix this?

 

i tried ringing up 4 times and noone knew how to fix this.

Are you sure you are registered as a seller?

Are you sure you do not have international postage services selected?

Have you tried using a different browser?

Have you emptied cookies and cache and shut down and reopened your computer?

Have you tried listing on another computer?

all of phorum junkies questions are possible reasons why you as a new seller with (0) fback cannot list.

another is are you trying to list a high value item?  it may exceed your monthly $ limit for a new seller

many new accounts are limited by number of items and $value until they have built up good feedback

and you need (10) to sell internationally.

i fixed this by creating another account with a new email adress and entering my phone correctly this time as 04 12345678 eg this worked.if anyone else gets this error.

There's no feedback requirement on the AU site to list internationally.

 

There used to be a feedback requirement of 5 to list  internationally as a  Buy It Now or with a Buy It Now option but even that's no longer applicable

Not surprising ss when eBay gets a % on international postage.................hmmm............I wonder when that rule changed?
