Looking at the seller's recent feedback, my guess is that something's
happened to the seller. If you paid by Paypal, you can log directly on
to Paypal and open a dispute . Escalate the dispute to a claim as soon
as the system allows.
One seller has appalling feedback and is no longer registered and the
other one has 93.4% private feedback and is no longer selling. I
recommend that you log directly on to Paypal and open disputes. Escalate
