You YELL  a lot! Even in your response to feedback.It lessens your credibility & kinda makes me think the buyer may have a tad of truth.I like that you add their user ID but you might want to word it better.Just saying...

Most of the feedback commens would not be elligible for removal anyway

Also,if you respond to feedback it is more unlikely that eBay will remove it
