Sorry about the link. It says the same thing for me now.  It worked the day before I posted it in.  I've tried it on two IDs but it still says access denied. 

It was a page with FAQ about the new fees in the autumn seller release and I can't find the info anywhere else.  It said that auto relist wouldn't be available on multiple item listings at this time and also that it'd only be available to non-business sellers, then it had a definition of a business seller - someone who sells $12,000 and 100 items a year. 

I've looked and looked but I can't find that same information anywhere else.
